PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. is a solution center designed to collect personal data, distribute the information to authorized PEPP Network Providers (which have been pre-screened and/or certified for expertise in their individual field), analyze the information, and produce a written report detailing the findings. The PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. report may show cost comparisons and cost saving benefits to the member. When making cost-saving benefit recommendations, it is at the discretion of the member to elect to participate in any and/or all services applicable. Members are not obligated by this contract to take all recommendations offered by the Network Provider. The recommendations are designed to save the member money on a monthly, yearly and/or per-service basis. The PEPP Network Solutions, Inc, membership is inclusive of reduced-cost services, free consultations and various cost-saving solutions. PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. does not guarantee individual results, service or savings from any Network Provider. Individual results vary on a case-by-case basis. PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. members are responsible for participating and providing pertinent/relevant information as requested by the PEPP Network Solutions Provider to allow members’ personalized report to be generated. By signing this agreement the member agrees to hold PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. harmless from any liability that may arise through, or in coordination with, any of the authorized PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. Providers. All PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. membership information is strictly confidential, and will be shared only with Authorized PEPP Network Solutions Providers. No information will be sold to any third parties. We encourage and stress to our members, to achieve the best results, member cooperation is necessary. PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. and/or its Authorized Providers may require a member to submit specific personal information/data within a specified time frame. However, members may or may not, at their discretion, elect to provide requested information. In the event the member elects not to submit and/or participate in any and/or all of the services requested by PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. or its Authorized Providers, this specific information will be omitted from the Member’s Personalized Report. Member agrees to hold PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. and its Authorized Providers harmless, as this information will no longer be applicable. Member agrees and authorizes PEPP Network Solutions, and or it’s affiliates to run Member’s credit report, twice a year. A PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. membership includes a written 3-day right to cancel to be addressed to the PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. corporate office. PEPP Network Solutions, Inc. membership is for one year minimum and will automatically renew after 12 months. Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice (after initial 12 months).
