What if I need services that are not part of PEPP?
There may be a time when our recommendations fall outside of our network organization. If this occurs, our professionals will help pre-screen the organizations that will supply the service. PEPP will also consider requesting that the agency join our network to better serve you and future clients.
What kind of guarantees do you offer?
PEPP acts as the nucleus for the members and the providers. PEPP has a written agreement with each provider detailing the importance of customer satisfaction. If you felt that a provider was not giving you the best customer satisfaction, PEPP will analyze what can be done to correct the situation or direct your file to another provider. PEPP has set standards with their providers, and conducts thorough background checks on each provider in the network.
What happens if I move?
PEPP is available nationwide. Never worry, we will be here to help you no matter where you go.
Is my membership tax deductible?
As a business entity, if offering PEPP to your employees, there may be ways of writing the program into your business plan, thereby making this deductible.
What happens if I do not want to use a service provider in network?
Just like any other plan, if you go outside the network, we cannot refund any unused portion of your membership. PEPP will consider adding network providers as we deem necessary, therefore we will request the information of the person/company that you wish to use. Our providers will also help with company background checks to ensure you are in good hands.
Do you offer a group discount?

PEPP is always looking for ways to help the community. We will offer free seminars and workshops based on topics of your choice. We require a 30-day window so we can coordinate with the network provider in the area of expertise. PEPP will also participate in trade shows as well.
